What is your favorite holiday? Why is it your favorite?
It used to be a thanksgiving due to family traditions, but those traditions honestly feel long gone. I don’t really know anymore. Any holiday I get to spend at home and in peace is a good holiday.

Have you ever been camping?
Absolutely. Been in an RV with former in-laws (which I don’t believe is real camping), I’ve camped in a tent on campgrounds, and I’ve roughed it in the woods. I love camping and nature.

When is the last time you took a risk? How did it work out?
Good question. I don’t really know to be honest. Maybe my trip to Colorado last year? I hate flying, and I was travelling alone. I went, it was great, it was eye opening.

Describe a risk you took that you do not regret.
Flying for the first time ever, by myself, to Colorado to meet a man I’d never met in person but only video chatted with, pack up his things in a U-Haul, and bring him home with me. It’s been almost six years now 💓

Write about a time when you didn’t take action but wish you had. What would you do differently?
Yes. My ex boyfriend was very emotionally manipulative and abusive. We knew each other for 3-4 years before dating and he knew I was an atheist. This only became an issue after dating, to the point he said he’d break up with me if his pastor told him to. I wish I’d left then, but I didn’t. Another time he came at me with a raised fist. He had a history of assault, including felony assault, and had assaulted an ex girlfriend. So the threat was real. But I still didn’t leave. I wish I’d left him long ago. We were only together for five short months, but it was five months too long. He didn’t deserve me, and I deserved better.

A lot of things. The state of the world. Making a mistake at my job. I get nervous when I drink too much coffee. Financial concerns. That’s probably the most immediate list I can think of right now.
